Rainy said she wasn't satisfied, because there was a preexisting dent in her vehicle that they only would have charged her $100 to remove and paint. The $100 price would have been while they had the paint out painting her vehicle, but they never offered her the above offer. They told her they tried to contact her about removing the dent and painting the area, but they didn't. There were no missed calls or voice mail messages from them. She's mad because the above repair would cost $300 now, and she doesn't have the money to get the work done. The quality of the body work was completely good, and she got her vehicle back a day early.

WE DID LEAVE MS KENDALL A VOICE MESSSAGE AND WAITED FOR A RESPONSE.WE DID NOT HERE BACK FROM THE CUSTOMER SO CONTINUED WITH THE REPAIRS.
