Tiffany said they made sure everything was working before releasing her vehicle. She said that was good, otherwise she would not have noticed that the rear windshield wiper was not working. The personnel noticed it. The vehicle was ready three days late because of a parts delay, but she was happy they mentioned it. She and her spouse laughed because the vehicle was returned so much cleaner than it usually is. The experience was painless.
