Venkat said the repairs to her vehicle took 3 days longer than expected. She does not know why. They did not fix a paint patch in the rear of the vehicle because the insurance company said there was damage there before and would not cover the cost. It takes too much pressure to pop open the gas cap. She will contact the business about it.
