More selection would have been great. They only had one vehicle that had the features I was looking for -- luckily, I liked the color so it made my decision easy. Sales people were helpful, not high pressure. Felt relaxed and comfortable while making my purchase ... as opposed to the previous dealership I went to (Car Pros Kia) who couldn't even find the car they had on their inventory list and made us drive to 3 different lots with zero results. I figured if they were that bad during sales, they will be worse when I need them to service my vehicle. I'm hoping my experience at Kia of Puyallup reflects the type of experience I will have when they service my vehicle.
