Almost Perfect
Everything was great...but...
My car was washed and ready for a while before the guy who washed my car asked me why I was still waiting. It would hav e been a perfect experience if the service writer had checked me out when my car was done instead of me going to her.

I was highly impressed with the service and even when the wrong parts were ordered the service dept was very nice and called me back and I a going to get a loaner car

Great experience!
I was greeted by a friendly employee who got my vehicle checked in and helped me remove my car seat. I was given a ride home and was called to discuss additional services my car needed. They were not pushy, when I declined, that was that. My car was ready in a timely fashion and I was happy with the service.
