loaner issue
No loaner cars available so my husband had to take a day off work when we arrived to pick up car there was 3 to 4 loaners in parking lot convience is a huge thing to me and this situation wasn't very good your employees were friendly and did there job but a week out on a loaner is bad service you can't plan when your car breaks down so a week Out is not good maybe you should try to keep a loaner or two on hand it will definitely help improve customer service. The loaner is the main reason I purchased my kia from you guys and not car pros where I bought my first kia

Hi Tina - We are sorry for the inconvenience. We have a limited supply of loaner cars and they typically get reserved in advance. Ones in the parking lot would have been reserved and scheduled for someone coming in later in the day. Normally we try to have 1 or 2 on hand for situations like yours, but the schedule dictates how well we can do that. We do the best that we can. - Ryan Sawyer, President & General Manager

I destroyed my tire and didn't have an appointment for service, I went to the service dept first thing in the morning, they fit me in and shuttled me to my office. Their customer service is the best, friendly, efficient. Hands down, the best Kia dealership around.
