Best service dept.
Kia of Puyallup has the best service department. They are not out to just charge, but really care about the customer.

Overall very good, but...
Very good service, I am satisfied. However, they didn't have parts to do some recall work I needed done. Also, I felt they should have researched their records to see if I had an extended warranty, since I bought the vehicle there. Overall, though, I am pleased with the work they did and the speed with which I got my Kia back.

Service was great but.....
I received excellent service however, I was not happy having to spend $300 on a car I bought just over a month ago.!!!!!!!
