Great Inventory, Honest Helpful Staff
As a women, the last thing I wanted to do was go buy a car by myself. I was put at ease and treated well. Left with my new car and didn't feel like I had been taken advatage of. What an awesome feeling that was. Thank You Kia of Puyallup !!!

Not good, new sceme to make money
After taking my car in for a oil change, I'm find out that I have fallen for a new way to squeeze large sums of money. The idea that I need to spend over $200 on a new carthe next time I come for an oil change which wasn't a gift but written into the contract, tho I believed at the time it was an incentive. It was worded as if this was a gift not something I had to paid for thru a long contract. I will not be servicing my car thru you as I have a mechanic I trust and other than oil chg I've already be billed for will deal the my own mechanic, thank you!!!!

Hi Donna - I think there may be some simple confusion on this. The Zurich Maintenance Plan you purchased for your Certified Kia Rio covers oil changes and tire rotations. After your first oil change our Service Writers put in the comment section that your recommended next scheduled service is due at the 30,000 mile mark. They deducted the oil change portion from the price of the 30,000 mile service (since you have already purchased that) and quoted you what the balance would be if you choose to have that done at Kia of Puyallup. Most of our customers find knowing what the recommended next service is useful in planning for maintaining their car. Awesome employees!
This is the best car dealership that I have ever dealt with. The service department is always friendly and very helpful. The last two vehicles we have purchased have been from Kia of Puyallup and I am sure the next one will be also.

Awesome Customer Service!!
I went in to have my mileage confirmed for my gasoline refund and was offered a free car wash and vacuuming while they did my paperwork. I was very surprised, I didn't know they offered that service. However, I know it was a free service, but they really didn't do a very good job on either part. I know it was just a quickie job and for free so I shouldn't complain, but I really expected it to have a little bit cleaner carpet then what it had, and for the outside to be fully cleaned, but it didn't. It was still dirty in both areas. Don't get me wrong though, it was definetly cleaner than when they started and I appreciate it greatly! The problem was really after I left with the car. They didn't dry it off, and I understand on a spring, cloudy day in Puyallup what's the point!?!? It looked like it was going to rain any minute. However, on my way up south Meridian I passed the street cleaner and all of those water drops turned into mud drops. When I got home I had my husband hose it off and dry it, which was quick and easy because they had already gotten most of it clean. My husband said some of the part that wasn't clean on the bottom panels of the Soul, were actually splattered tar from road construction and he said he was pleased that they had done what they did and explained we had to get a special remover for the tar. So all and all we want to thank you for your great service, and for it being done so timely. The man at the front desk told me they would be done cleaning about the same time he was done with my paperwork and he was right on! About a minute after we were done they drove our car right up front! So thank you for the free, and timely car wash and vacuuming, I just wanted to let you know how it went. We bought our car from the Bremerton location but would gladly bring it to Puyallup for any service it may need and we'll gladly refer our friends and family to your location (without sharing the small part about the car wash incident) praising your wonderful employees and great customer service!!

Hi Robert - Our car wash uses a special spot free water so it does not require a towel dry. I'm sorry if it quickly turned into mud spots based on where the car was driven after it left he dealership. - Ryan Sawyer, President and General Manager
