The Service Department is the Best !!!!
They take care of you as soon as you walk through the door, unless of course they are helping someone else. The service found several things that needed to be fixed. My Kia is still under warranty, thank you Kia for having a great warranty, AND A BIGGER THANKS TO THE SERVICE REPS FOR GETTING KIA TO STAND BEHIND IT. My car is always clean, and I don't ever remember that I had to take it back because something was not fixed. I would buy another car there just because of the service dept. including the cashier.

Auto repair
This was the first time in 10 years that the mechanic did something wrong! The wires were hooked up backwards on the new blower motor, but I called right away and came Back and it was fixed in less than 2 minutes!

not happy
since we bought our KIA we have have problems and we seem to be getting the run around with the blue tooth does not always pick up and the gas pedal sticks at times this last time we took the car in it was because it was making a strange noise and when we asked the for a loaner car if they had to keep ours they told us they had know loaner cars at that time so maybe we should just drive the car for a few days and call back in a few days to see if they had a loaner car for us thank god it was just a rock that got caught up in the wheel well but what if it was something really wrong...im unhappy with how we are treated.....
