Brian said is vehicle's paint was scratched during the repairs and he expected them to follow up and repair the damage but they did not. The vehicle was not detailed and was full of dust inside from the work done on the outside. When he asked them why his vehicle was so dirty they told him they did not normally wash the vehicles. They put a gob of paint on a chip. His vehicle was broken in half. He said he thought the insurance company should have totaled the vehicle instead of trying to put it back together. They did not put it back together in original condition. He would not recommend this business to others for the reasons mentioned.
