Blair said that they damaged his vehicle while it was in the shop and did not fix it. He mentioned that he took it back to be repaired and they did not want to admit it was their fault. He added that once they did attempt to fix the problems the paint is not matching and a screw is not in place. He stated that he now has to go to another place and get it all fixed. The representative was rude to him and that it took arguing to get the representative to admitit fault and agree to fix it. He mentioned after that occurred the representative was much nicer. He added that he will not recommend them based on these issues.
