Lakhvinder said he wasn't satisfied with the repair or the business at all. The manager was horrible and he was not a great person. His wife picked the vehicle up and when she arrived the person told her he was going to lunch. His wife requested the paperwork before he went to lunch. He said his wife sat at the business for two hours waiting for him to sign paperwork before the business would release the vehicle. The work on the fender and the bumper was not right and the alignment was off by half an inch.They did a really bad job and anyone could tell there was still damage on the fender and the bumper. He said there wasn't anything wrong with the door. He has not spoken with a representative since he received the vehicle because he has had a very busy schedule. He was out of town. He said he was half satisfied with the body work, but the paint work was good. He said he felt it was crazy the way the representative handled the release of the vehicle. The customer service was not good.They did really bad work. He said he plans on speaking with a manager at his earliest convenience to see what can be done to address the issues. When he called about the repairs the representative told him they would call him and let him know when to bring the vehicle back, but he hasn't heard from anyone. He plans on calling and speaking with his insurance company. He would like his vehicle fixed properly. He would not recommend this business based on this experience.
