Kirsta said she was happy with her overall experience. They communicated well and had everything ready in a timely manner. A few features of her vehicle weren't working properly when she picked the vehicle up. The passenger side window can't be controlled from the driver's side controls and the automatic locks aren't working. She has already brought these issues up with the business and has scheduled an appointment to investigate the issues further. Her vehicle was delayed 2 weeks because of a parts delay but this was communicated well and she was made aware of the delay very early so there were no surprises.
