Jean said this business did a really good job. Her vehicle looks almost brand new. Due to snowstorms they were unable to get all the parts shipped out. She understood they were not able to take that into consideration. Her vehicle would have been ready on Friday. They were not done until the following Wednesday. As soon as they did get the part, they were done in a timely manner. She needs to go back for them to finish the portion underneath the back fender. She loved working with Janice, the receptionist. She was really good about communicating vital information about different things. She also gave her updates about the progress and when her vehicle would be done. She had to meet the adjustor there. She was not familiar with the area. Janice gave her directions that were really easy to follow. She contacted all three of their facilities to find the earliest time her vehicle could be taken in. She appreciated that. She would have loved if they had pursued the insurance to get her a rental vehicle for a day or two. Instead she had to ask her friends for rides.
