Tracie said it's not this business fault that they had a hard time communicating to each other, along with not understanding the problem. They found out it was a motor mount that was causing the noise. Some personnel even came to her house to help understand the issue. The insurance company is lucky to have them to refer others about it. She'll refer others because this business and the insurance company worked it out beautifully.
