Darlene said she was satisfied with the work performed at this business until they washed her vehicle. They left black smudges on it. The detailer explained to her that sometimes when they have brand new people working, they are unaware of polishing compounds to use which can result in this type of situation, which is marks from the rotating tool. Now she has to take the vehicle to have it detailed in order to see if these marks are removable. That will cost her nearly $300 or so. She would not recommend them to others for the reasons mentioned.
