Victor said this business could have served him better. When the vehicle was being returned, he noticed a piece of molding missing and was reluctant to take the vehicle at that time. He was reassured and promised this situation would be handled by their coming out to his house to repair the missing piece. He sold the vehicle before this repair was made. There were delays due to several reasons, one being parts. The delays lasted one extra week. He was also promised to be kept updated about the progress but he had to initiate the majority of the telephone calls during this process. He would not recommend them to others for the reasons mentioned.
