Ashish said he's happy with this business. There were a couple things he found weren't working, and with the 4th of July and no technician available, it wasn't ready for a couple days, but there weren't any issues and that was good. The driver's door was in the same condition it had been in for the last 6 months, but the other 3 doors weren't getting locked, and if they were locked manually, they didn't open up. He couldn't use the vehicle in that condition. Ashish said his vehicle was repaired to his satisfaction the 1st visit because the body work and paint work were fine. The door problem was from electrical damage, it was one small fuse, it was not this business, and it was not known at the time because no one noticed it. Geico didn't handle it well and said the doors were working when he got the vehicle back. Ashish stated he showed the manager at this business that with the driver's door he'd been using the key only and it had been like that the last 6 months, but the condition of the other 3 doors was new. The manager at Kirmac explained to Geico, and Ashish was really happy with how well he understood. Because it was a minor thing and they said the doors were working when he got the vehicle back, he was not satisfied with they way Geico handled it. He was partly happy because they'd taken care of the repair, but not with the last minor issue. Geico recommended this business to Ashish 4 years ago, and since, all his boys have used them. This was his 3rd or 4th visit, and Ashish is happy with the service at this business.
