Mickael said the promise time for the vehicle was changed several times. This was upsetting to him based on not being given the reason for the delay. He stated he felt like something was being hidden from him. It was finally explained to him a part for the repair had been lost and had to be reordered. The first date for completion was changed due to the business having too much work ahead of his vehicle then the part had to be reordered. Mickael said the work performed on the vehicle is very good.
