Samuel said he is in customer service and this business's customer service was flawless. There is additional damage from the accident which Geico said is not from the accident. He stated he strongly believes the damage is due to the accident because the vehicle is behaving different from what it was before. He is currently negotiating with the insurance company regarding this issue. The business went beyond his expectations.
