Toniann said they lost her vehicle in the back lot for over a week, claiming they did not know it was there. This business did not even start the repairs on her vehicle until over a week of it being there. She mentioned they missed a hose that was cracked and her vehicle was ready about three days late. She said she was not completely satisfied with the insurance company because they did not communicate well with her. She would not recommend them because of the previously stated issues.
