Rajshree said her vehicle took 1 day longer than promised and they didn't give her a reason. She said the vehicle was returned clean on the outside, but she had to take it back to have the trunk cleaned. She indicated they promised a shuttle pick up, however the shuttle didn't show up so she had to make other arrangements.
