Marlene said this business was very accommodating and punctual. She did have to wait for her vehicle until Monday even though this business had told her it would be ready on the Friday prior. This delay was not the businesses fault but rather the weather prevented the painting process from continuing. She added that her vehicle was returned to her promptly on Monday and it was cleaner than when she brought it in, which was a nice bonus. This business totally went beyond her expectations with everything including their customer service. She did want to make one suggestion because this business is 12 miles away from her, she would like to know if the one in Redmond is affiliated with this business and her insurance company and if they are of the same caliber as this one. She would like it if this business had a site near her with the same type of customer service because she would return to this one without a doubt but it is far from her. She would like to thank this business for a good experience and wants them to know that she appreciates them.
