Joseph said he rated 4 overall, and it was not their fault, but it just took a long time to get certain parts from Cadillac. The repair was about 1.5 weeks longer than originally estimated due to parts delay. The facility was very nice and very clean. He drove by this place all the time, and he'd been very pleased with the repair done on his wife's vehicle after it was hit in a parking lot. Joseph was very pleased his contact kept him informed all the time. He kept in touch, and every one was very professional.
