Emily said that she was extremely satisfied except the emblem on her Jetta was broken and they were hesitant to fix it. It wasn't broken in the accident because the damage was lower on the vehicle so she said it must have happened when they repaired the vehicle. She said the appearance of the place of business was nicer than she expected.
