Spoke with Melissa. She said the customer service was horrible from the start of her claim until the vehicle was fixed. The vehicle was not fixed correctly, so she had to take it back in. She did not have any paint work performed on her vehicle. Her vehicle was not clean because they left paper on the floor of her vehicle and it was greasy and smelly. She was not happy with the personnel because the two girls that work the front of the business were not professional. When she took her vehicle in a second time they didn't get the keys from her and when she called back to tell them the girl laughed. She said there was confusion with the claims adjuster and they used an outside adjuster other than Ameica. The coordination with the claim adjuster was not done correctly when ordering of the parts. The adjuster received the claim on Friday and since it was a holiday weekend, the parts were not ordered until Tuesday. For these reasons, she wouldn't recommend this business.
