Emily said the business repaired the damages to her vehicle so there were no issues with the quality. When she arrived to retrieve her vehicle, someone was power washing the stairs of the business with a loud portable generator so she and the personnel of this business had to discuss the services that were done outside. Emily was not happy about this because it was hard for her to correspond with the personnel. The personnel could've asked this person to stop while they were talking. She is indecisive about her satisfaction with the insurance company because there was a bad smell inside the rental vehicle that the insurance company paid for.
