Spoke with Christopher. He said the overall experience with them was rated a 4. They had gotten paint on the front windshield. He was completely satisfied with the paint work performed on the vehicle except for the paint on the windshield. He wasn't completely satisfied with the way the insurance company handled his claim. The insurance company initially did the first inspection. They didn't send all of the details to the business. The on sight adjustor failed to note there was a nick on the tailgate. Carlos who works at the business was the one who noticed the nick. He was also the one that took care of it. He was on the ball. Kirmac Collision Services have gone over and beyond the service he expected. The customer service guy is resolving the paint on the windshield shield issue. He took care of it right away. The on sight Geico insurance guy was nice. He just missed some details. This business has the nicest lobby. The people there are nice and it's very clean. They have a big screen TV. Starbucks Coffee. It's very comfortable there.
