Mary said she wasn't happy with the insurance adjuster because he looked at an unspecified spot on her vehicle and said he would take care of it so when she was called to pick up her vehicle she noticed it had not been fixed. She had to leave her vehicle for a few more days and then she was called and told the adjuster did not put that in as part of the claim. She called and complained to the insurance company. She told the business she would pay for it and he did end up fixing it. She will not recommend this place of business because of what she had to go through. He should have told her he was not going to fix it when he spoke with her that would have solved a lot of the problems.
