Spoke with Kimbridge. He said his vehicle was not returned back to him in its original condition. He was not happy with them because they only replaced some of the parts. The other parts were repaired and it was not 100 percent to its original condition after they repaired it. They told him to bring his vehicle back so they could try and make the parts they repaired a little better but he doesn't have the time. He has spent too much time at their facility already. They did not wash or vacuum his vehicle because it was still in the same condition as before. He is not sure why the insurance company would not replace all the parts instead of trying to fix or repair them. He would not recommend them because of all the reasons mentioned above.
