Spoke with Jeff. He said he was pleased with the receptionist that helped him. He also appreciated the receptionist at the car rental area. The estimator was on the ball. He mainly liked all of the personalities there. It was also a very clean facility, including the bathrooms. He said he asked the insurance company if he could go back to them because they did such a good job the first time.
