Vafa said there was some inconsistency with the communication between the staff and himself. He got a voice mail letting him know his vehicle would be ready at the end of the week, but four hours later he was contacted to let him know his vehicle was ready. His vehicle had some scratches left on it which they said were not caused by the accident. He told them it was but needed his vehicle and decided not to pursue the matter since it was minor. He would recommend them to other Geico customers but not to those who have to pay out of pocket.
