Spoke with Gary. He said the vehicle took four days longer than promised. They said there was a part that came in broken. They did not have the courtesy to contact him, to say the vehicle was going to take longer than expected. He had returned the rental vehicle based on the date the vehicle was originally promised. It was very annoying that they didn't contact him about the delay. He would not recommend them for the reasons already stated.
