Ann said the business was very nice. She had to go back three times to get the molding but that was not the fault of the business. The distributer had not sent it when it was expected. Kim was excellent to deal with. It took about a week longer than promised because the adjustor had not arrived by the day before the vehicle was supposed to be delivered. This business found a pile of pine cones under the hood that a squirrel had stashed. It could have started a fire so she was appreciative that they found them and cleared them. When she went to Enterprise for her rental vehicle they gave her a vehicle without any gas. She had to go across the street to the only station around and it was an Arco station. They would not accept any credit cards but their own and she only had a dollar in cash on her. She said she thought someone from Enterprise should have walked across the street with her and put some gas in the vehicle. She eventually went to a store where she could purchase some things and get some cash on her credit card. Everything about the experience with Kirmac Newcastle was good. None of the negative things were their fault and she would use them again if she needed auto body work.
