Maggie said the customer service was pretty good and everything was handled in a professional manner. She said she was not completely satisfied with the body work because there are gaps in the body. The appearance of the business was fine. The vehicle was ready two days late, which was not good because her rental vehicle had been stopped. The delay was caused by a lot of problems with the insurance company and because the vehicle had to go back as soon as they returned it to her. The estimate was very low and it took a ridiculously long time to receive approval for additional work. The whole repair took three weeks. She said Brian was very courteous. The personnel were excellent, including the salesperson. She would not recommend the business because of the quality of the work.
