Spoke with Kathy. She said they misinformed her. One of their representatives told her that they were the only business that her insurance company would allow to repair her vehicle. Her insurance company would not pay for the repairs if she took it to another business. The information they gave her was not true and she was not happy about it. She would not recommend this business to others based on this experience.
