Kathy said she was not very satisfied overall because the vehicle was late. She had to keep paying for the rental vehicle, which was expensive because it required extra insurance. She asked the business if they would help with it. They said it was her responsibility. She is also not very satisfied because the paint has the texture of an orange peel, with a ripple to it. The application was poor. She was not completely satisfied with the paint or the first visit repairs because of the paint application. Her vehicle was 2 or 3 days late because they ordered the wrong part. She would not recommend them because of the paint, the delay, and the way they would not help with the extra rental vehicle expense.
