Amanda said when she first arrived at this business the owner or manager was rude to her. She was not satisfied with the time it took to get her vehicle back. She said she waited an additional 5 days for her vehicle because they were waiting on the fiberglass installer. She was not kept informed and she had to contact them to find out when her vehicle would be ready. She would not recommend them to others based on this experience.

At Kirmac, our goal is to provide a positive experience for all of at clients across all of our locations. We know that we can turn the stressful and negative experience of an auto accident into a positive by providing the highest level of customer service, quality of repair and value. When we miss the mark with any customer, we pause and take a look at ourselves and processes. We evaluate where the breakdown occurred, and we fix it.
We are always striving to be better at what we do. We are regretful that our customer had a negative experience with us but are also very grateful for the feedback and pledge to use this vital information as a tool to learn and grow.
