Maria said everything seemed to go smoothly. Her vehicle was supposed to be finished on Friday, but was not ready until the next Wednesday. The personnel were less friendly over the phone than they were in person. On the forms she filled out there was an option to be called with an update every 48 hours, which she opted for. She received one phone call updating her on her vehicle's progress and had to call herself for the rest of the updates.
