Laura said this business was highly professional. They were great about following through and they did a great job. They did not set a due date and she did not mind how long the work took. She was not happy with the insurance company that handled her claim because she left several messages with them and did not receive a call back. They were pushing her to get a cheaper sedan, but the size of the vehicle did not work for her needs. She wanted to get a bigger vehicle and they wanted to charge her rental upgrades, which she does not understand.
