Spoke with Rajabeer. She said the vehicle was ready 10 days later than promised. They did not give her a reason for the delay. They did not reply when she called the business. Her vehicle was not clean when she picked it up. There was no explanation about what was going on. She said it would be better if they were more courteous and professional. She does not plan on going back to this business. She is disappointed because it has been two months and the claim is still open. She tried contacting her insurance agent and got no reply for two weeks, but he finally got back to her yesterday and told her that she had more paperwork to fill out. She said she had a bad experience.
