Alexander said the experience took a little bit longer than he was led to believe. It was a couple of days late, and he wasn't sure of the reason for the delay. He chose not to specify if he was completely satisfied with the courtesy and professionalism of the personnel but there was one incident he wasn't satisfied with. This business had trouble reassembling the mirror. They called and asked if he knew it was broken and if he wanted it replaced. The power was down so the mirror was hanging down, and they had automatically assumed it was broken and tried to blame it on something from beforehand, but it was actually the fact they didn't know. With a Mercedes the power has to be on, and when it is, the mirror automatically rights itself. He would recommend this business with a slight hesitation because of the incident with the mirror. He has been before to this business.
