Hoai said neither the driver and passenger side doors will close correctly. There is a dent around the front wheel on the left side. He would have preferred if someone from this business had called him to see whether or not he would liked to have it fixed. He signed some papers abruptly without having been shown the details. He can see a little bit of a difference where his vehicle was painted. His vehicle was not ready when promised because it still has not been fixed properly. He can still see some scratches and dents around by the hinges on the inside of the driver and passenger doors. He's not satisfied with the way the insurance business handled the claim because they held back on things. He was told he needed a paper from a Subaru business in order for them to fix his tires, but his lawyer was told otherwise. He would not recommend this business based on this experience.
