Raluca said after the vehicle was repaired there was an issue with the steering. The facility has suggested she should take the vehicle to another business to have them look into the problem. She said the person in charge of the repair did not consult her and he only spoke with her insurance agent regarding the repair, so she was not happy with the way she was treated. She is not happy with the way the insurance company handled the claim because she was not informed about the repair.
