Genevieve said they are very competent, prompt and finished her vehicle early. Sean, the manager, was very helpful while Emily and the other secretary did a very good job taking care of all the details with the rental vehicle. She incredibly appreciated that they went over, above and beyond her expectations and cleaned out the inside of her vehicle. She would highly recommend this business. The repairs were not long enough to need to be informed during the process. She was not satisfied at all with the way the insurance dealt with her claim but because they do not work for this business, she did not elaborate on her experience with the insurance company.
