Paul said he wasn't completely satisfied with the quality of the body work, because they threw 5 logos away, and charged him $70 for new logos. When Paul questioned them about the logos, they told him the logos were plastic, and they couldn't use the old logos. He mentioned it would have been nice if they had called him about the logos, and he probably would have not had the new logos put on, adding it's understandable they would put the new logos on his vehicle, and they can't read his mind. He noted he wasn't completely satisfied with his insurance because they never told him he would have to pay Enterprise anything, but Paul had to pay $150 plus taxes. He explained this business had his vehicle for 37 days, the rental equivalent cost a lot, and he thought the insurance would pay for everything, therefore he was surprised he had to pay Enterprise anything. Paul commented this business was excellent, and very professional. He added, the paint work was excellent, and it was nice to see how nice his vehicle looked.
