Douglas said they detailed the inside of his vehicle and whatever they wiped the face plate down with scratched the face of the stereo. He was told he could pick his vehicle up by 5:30, but he arrived at 5:28 and everyone was gone. He had to come back the next day. The person who does the body work did a good job.
