Lawrence said he wasn't completely satisfied with the way the insurance company handled the claim. He explained the adjuster argued the window wasn't the one in the vehicle when purchased. Therefore, the insurance company didn't cover the repair expense for the window. However, Lawrence stated he got the business involved where the vehicle was purchased to prove the window was in the vehicle at the time of purchase.
