Spoke Bhavana and Rohit. Bhavana said it was delayed a few hours because of parts. They did a basic wash but they didn't clean the inside. They did the job very nicely and she was very satisfied. Rohit said everything was done perfectly and his only dissatisfaction was that the actual part was supposed to be ordered before he brought his vehicle in but it wasn't. Originally the vehicle was supposed to be ready Thursday night but they made it up and had it ready Friday, but it wasn't until 5:25 pm. Rohit stated he thought the cleaning was hastily done because they were pressed. There was a communication problem in that he had to call for updates. The actual work done was very impressive, and he also likes the way this business handled people.
