Valerie said her overall experience with them could've been improved if they had called her. They said her vehicle would be ready in 2 days. She didn't hear from them, so she called them. They said her vehicle was going to take 3 days instead of the 2. It would've been nice to know that ahead of time. Her vehicle wasn't ready when promised, it was 1 day late, and she was not told why.
